This stepper motor driver is compatible with most RepRap electronics (Ramps, Rumba, etc...)

It's potentiometer allows to adjust and limit the current provided to the stepper motor.

Warning:

  • The location of the potentiometer is different from the A4988, so be very carefull when you place this component on your electronics.
  • This component is very sensitive to electro-static discharges.
  • Prevent user from touching the main chipset with fingers.
  • Pay very good attention to the way you plug and place this component to maintain the proper pin polarity. Otherwise you can definitely damage this chip.
  • Before running your motors with this component, make sure you have calibrated the Potentiometer to prevent too much curent from going into your stepper motors and damagin them.
